Delivery Shipment is guaranteed within two days from your order confirmation. Delivery time for the Italian territory is about 24-72 hours* from the time of order (not to be considered the weekends and public holidays when calculating delivery time). Shipping costs vary depending on destination and speed of delivery. Shipping costs inside Italy range from 10,00 to 15,00 Euro. Shipping costs outside Italy range from 15,00 to 50,00 Euro. Guarantee After you will receive our e-mail with your order confirmation you will have 24 hour to cancel your order, to change it or to complete it. Your payment will mean conclusion of your order.Should payment be done for an item which is no longer available, we will keep your credit for other purchases or we will refund ** it according your choice.Any item which is not the one you selected or it doesn't satisfy you can be sent back within 10 days to VintageGoo.com . Returned goods must be sent intact and in original packaging, complete with all its parts (including any documentation and accessories ...) and without having suffered any damage. Please, add a note explaining why you wish to return the item or have it replaced. Upon its arrival, the goods will be examined and, in the presence of damage or tampering, the renunciation can not be exercised. SpedizioneUna volta confermato l'acquisto, entro 48 ore VintageGoo.com provvederà alla spedizione quanto richiesto all'indirizzo che sara' indicato sul modulo dell'ordine. I tempi di consegna per il territorio italiano prevedono il recapito entro 24-72 ore* dal momento dell'accettazione dell'ordine (non vanno considerati nel computo dei tempi di consegna il fine settimana e i giorni festivi). Le spese di spedizione per qualunque destinazione in Italia sono €10,00 con Poste Delivery Standard ( 3 - 4 giorni lavorativi) , e €15,00 con Poste Delivery Express (1 giorno lavorativo ).Per le spedizioni all'estero la spesa varia da 15,00 Euro a 50 Euro in base alla destinazione e velocita' di consegna. GaranzieDopo aver ricevuto la nostra e-mail con la conferma dell'ordine il Cliente avrà 24 ore per annullare suo ordine, per cambiarlo o completarlo. Il pagamento significherà la conclusione dell'ordine.Qualora il pagamento venga fatto per un oggetto che non è più disponibile, si manterrà il credito per altri acquisti oppure la somma verrà rimborsata ** a scelta del Cliente.Qualsiasi oggetto, se non fosse quello selezionato oppure se non soddisfa il Cliente, può essere rispedito entro 10 giorni a VintageGoo.com. La merce dovrà essere restituita integra e nell'imballo originale, completo di tutte le sue parti (compresi eventuale documentazione e dotazione accessoria...) e senza aver subito danneggiamento alcuno. Si prega di aggiungere una nota spiegando perché si vuole restituire o sostituire l'oggetto. Al suo arrivo, la merce sarà esaminata e, in presenza di danneggiamenti o manomissioni, il recesso non potrà essere esercitato. Se la merce risulterà idonea rimborseremo l'importo meno le spese di spedizione e i dazi doganali.Vi informiamo che possono essere presenti piccoli graffi sulle lenti visto che gli occhiali sono stati conservati per anni nei magazzini, anche se non sono stati mai utilizzati.Nel caso la sostituzione con un oggetto diverso sarà impossibile VintageGoo.com rimborserà** la somma al Cliente.Nel caso il Cliente decidesse effettuare lo scambio della merce comprata , verrà richiesto pagamento supplementare per la spedizione della merce in cambio.
